InoGym branded app settings

Screenshots show the Serbian version of the app.

Brand, content and functions should form one consistent member experience.

Which problem should the app solve?

List three to five common member tasks and how they currently complete them. If the app only repeats website content, members have little reason to open it regularly.

The greatest value usually comes from linking member identity with membership status, QR entry, useful notifications and information otherwise requested from reception.

  • personal QR code
  • membership status and expiry date
  • occupancy estimate
  • notifications and offers with consent
  • contact and support

Building the business case

Record a baseline before introduction: how many members ask about membership status, typical check-in duration, how often staff send manual messages and how many members use digital entry.

Cost and measurement

Besides development or the plan price, account for brand preparation, app store content, testing, new releases, support and the process when a member changes phone or loses access.

Firebase documentation shows how events, audiences and conversions can connect feature use with a goal. Collect a minimal set of events and do not send personal or sensitive data to analytics.

  • installation and first sign-in
  • active user within 30 days
  • QR code usage
  • membership status views
  • action after a notification

When an app is not yet the priority

If member records are unreliable, entry is not connected to memberships or your team has no support process, fix those foundations first. A branded app cannot hide poor data.

A reasonable first step is a demo using your own scenarios and a 30-, 60- and 90-day rollout plan with clear adoption criteria.
