What you need to know before getting started with InoGym.
01Is the InoGym trial really free?
Yes. The 14-day trial costs nothing and requires no payment card.
02Do I have to book a demo first?
No. Start a trial independently and immediately. A demo remains available for a guided overview, team questions or discussion of your gym's specific workflow.
03What is included in the 14-day trial?
You get a workspace with free Excel member import, members, memberships, visits, revenue records and Telegram AI with 30 questions.
04How long does registration take?
Registration asks for your name, business email and gym name, acceptance of the terms and a short security check. It is designed to take less than a minute.
05What if a member has no smartphone?
That is fine. Reception creates an InoGym account for them and records their entry manually in the dashboard when they arrive. Their payments, visits and package usage are still recorded, and their visits count towards the occupancy estimate.
06Can members pay their membership online?
Online membership payments are in development and are not yet available. For now, record cash or bank payments in InoGym and activate the membership. Payment records are separate from processing a card payment.
