BEFORE INOGYM
Entry worked. The overview was missing.
FitHouse used a card-based system. Entry worked, but payments and visits were not connected, making it hard to see who had a valid membership and who was simply showing up.
Connecting memberships and visits made it easier for the owner to identify unpaid training. She estimates an average of three members, worth around BAM 150 per month. Projected over a year, that represents around BAM 1,800 in membership value.
