What you need to know before getting started with InoGym.
The member opens their QR code in the app and scans it at the entrance. InoGym checks the account and membership, approves or declines entry and records the event.
The code is tied to a specific member account and can refresh periodically, making a static photo of someone else's code harder to use.
On scanning, the system recognises that the membership is inactive, does not approve regular entry and informs staff.
Yes. Authorised staff can view recorded visits and link them to member profiles.
That is fine. Reception creates an InoGym account for them and records their entry manually in the dashboard when they arrive. Their payments, visits and package usage are still recorded, and their visits count towards the occupancy estimate.
No. Members enter using a QR code in the app, and the InoGym server checks their membership. Cards and key fobs are no longer needed, so there are no production or replacement costs for them.
