- we choose topics based on real questions from gym owners
- we verify facts against product documentation and primary external sources
- each language and market version is checked for terminology, meaning and presentation; this is not native-speaker proofreading
- we publish aggregate data only after privacy and legal review
- we record corrections and significant updates on the page itself
Scope and purpose of our content
InoGym guides, feature pages and gym management materials support practical business decisions. We explain processes such as membership records, access control, group classes, member communication, reporting and data protection. The content does not replace individual legal, accounting, tax or security advice.
Commercial pages explain what the product does and its limits. Guides explain how to organise a process, including situations where InoGym is not the only or sufficient solution. This separation reduces overlap and helps readers distinguish product explanations from independent operational procedures.
How we choose topics and questions
We combine questions raised during product demos, analysis of search queries and changes in relevant technical documentation. We prioritise questions that help gym owners reduce manual work, establish clearer controls or assess risk before buying software and equipment.
For each topic, we define the main intent, audience, relevant market differences and expected next action in advance. We do not choose titles by search volume alone: the topic must have a clear operational outcome and be explainable without unverifiable promises.
- the problem and the decision the reader needs to make
- facts that require an external primary source
- product claims that require checking current capabilities
- actual market or language differences between the versions
- limitations, risks and situations requiring expert help
Sources and evidence standards
Where possible, we use documentation from the institution or organisation responsible for the rule, standard or technology: official data protection guidance, manufacturer specifications and open security guidance such as OWASP. Secondary sources provide context but are not the sole basis for important legal, security or technical claims.
We link sources alongside articles and explain the relevant conclusion in our own words. Access dates are recorded internally during review. If a source does not support the full claim, we narrow it or do not publish it. Commercial benefit is never evidence for a factual claim.
| Claim type | Preferred evidence | What we do not consider sufficient |
|---|---|---|
| InoGym capability | Current specification and a verified product workflow | A planned feature or sales assumption |
| Privacy and security | Competent authority, standard or primary guidance | An anonymous blog without sources |
| Operational recommendation | A clear method, assumptions and measurable outcome | A universal claim without limits |
| Regional data | A publicly described aggregate cohort and period | An estimate, small sample or single customer |
Subject, product and language review
Before publication, we check that the steps are feasible, feature names are accurate and the content does not promise more than the product delivers. We pay particular attention to pricing, plan availability, integrations and security wording because these can change.
The Serbian version uses ekavian Serbian; the BiH version uses ijekavian wording and is labelled Bosnian for BiH. Macedonian uses Cyrillic, Croatian uses Croatian terminology, Montenegro uses ijekavian Serbian and English addresses an international audience. We review terminology, meaning and presentation across headings, examples, metadata, alt text, structured data and visible text. We do not present this review as native-speaker proofreading.
Methodology for original and aggregate data
InoGym may publish only anonymised aggregates describing group patterns, not individual members or gyms. Before processing, we define the purpose, minimum dataset, period and grouping method. Results must pass privacy and legal review before publication.
If any threshold is not met, we do not publish the figure or benchmark. Instead, we publish a method readers can use for their own measurement without referring to internal data. The public methodology includes the period, sample size, limitations, rounding method and latest update date.
- at least 10 independent centres in the presented cohort
- no displayed cell contains fewer than 10 units
- no single centre accounts for more than 30% of the sample
- values are rounded and not broken down by narrow locations or times
- no names, identifiers, raw records or reconstruction possibilities
- period, sample, limitations, date and accountable review are mandatory
Corrections, updates and contact
Typographical corrections that do not change meaning do not receive a new date. We update the date when we expand a recommendation, change a feature description, replace an outdated source or correct a fact that may affect a reader's decision. Material errors are corrected as soon as confirmed, and the content is reviewed again in every affected language version.
Report an error or request clarification at info@inogym.net with the URL, disputed sentence and a relevant source. The editorial team checks reports against primary sources and product documentation. A report does not guarantee a change if the evidence does not support the proposed correction.
