Account and data deletion — InoGym
As a member of a gym using InoGym, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion
- Contact your gym's reception or staff, who act as your data controller; or
- Send a request to: privatnost@inogym.net
What data is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, photo and notes are removed or pseudonymised.
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained with a legal basis: financial records for accounting obligations, pseudonymised visit history and audit records. Backups may temporarily contain earlier data until expiry, for no more than 12 months.
